Event Registration & Payments

For more than five years, the team supporting Marion Gilbert and her events has worked to make registration and payments as simple and flexible as possible. We are deeply grateful for the ways you’ve been part of this work and for the trust you’ve placed in us. As we continue to grow and evolve the Somatic Enneagram experience, we hope you’ll join us in this next chapter and continue the journey with us.

Beginning with some of our select US-based events and then all of our upcoming 2026 hosted events, we’re streamlining our registration and payment systems to make the process simpler, cleaner, more secure, and more flexible for everyone. All event payments and payment plans will now be handled through Kajabi, our new event platform.

This change also means we’ll be offering payment plans through Klarna and Afterpay—trusted “buy now, pay later” services that allow you to spread out the cost of registration over time. These services are designed to be simple and secure: you’ll pay a portion of your registration fee up front, and the remaining balance is automatically billed in smaller installments over a set period. There’s no need to remember each payment manually, and both services let you easily track your plan online. This gives you the flexibility to join the event you’re excited about while managing your budget in a way that works best for you.

Our hope is that this shift makes it easier for you to continue in the work, with clear options that fit a variety of needs.

How do I register for an event?

You’ll register directly through our website, which is powered by Kajabi (our new registration system). Simply click the registration link for the event you want to attend, choose your payment option, and follow the steps to complete your checkout.

What has changed about payment?

We are now using Klarna and Afterpay for all of our payment plans. These are safe, secure services that allow you to “buy now, pay later.” Instead of paying the full amount up front, your total will be broken into smaller automatic payments. Some fees may apply depending on the plan you select.

How do Klarna and Afterpay work?

When you check out, you’ll be able to choose Klarna or Afterpay as your payment option.
You’ll pay a portion of your registration cost right away.
The rest will be automatically billed to your debit or credit card over time (usually every two weeks or monthly, depending on the plan).
You don’t have to manually make each payment—it happens automatically.

Do I have to create an account with Klarna or Afterpay?

Yes, both services may ask you to set up a free account the first time you use them. This helps keep your information secure and allows you to track your payment plan.

What if I want to pay in full?

That’s always an option! At checkout, you can choose to pay the full amount up front with your credit or debit card.

Is it safe to use Klarna or Afterpay?

Yes. Both Klarna and Afterpay are widely trusted payment providers used by millions of people. Your information is secure, and your payments are protected.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Klarna or Afterpay will notify you and may charge a late fee. If you know there’s a problem with your card or bank, it’s best to log into your Klarna or Afterpay account to update your information right away.

I’m not comfortable with technology. What should I do?

You’re not alone—we know this can feel new!
